moved to Atlanta in 1962, later graduating from Georgia State University with majors in accounting and real estate and from Emory University Law School in 1967. I am a member of the Family, Bankruptcy and Criminal Law Sections of the Georgia Bar.
He is a member of the bar of the U.S. Supreme Court, U.S. Court of Appeals, U.S. District Court, U.S. Bankruptcy Court and U.S. Court of Claims, the Supreme Court of Georgia, the Court of Appeals of Georgia, and the Georgia Superior and State Courts. He is a member of the American Bar Association, the Georgia State Bar, the Cobb County Bar Association and the Georgia Trial Lawyers Association.
