Richard Young is a member of the Georgia Bar, licensed to practice in Georgia, and accepted before the United States Supreme Court.
He represents clients in criminal matters including DUI's; acts as trial attorney in both criminal and civil matters; practices Family Law including divorce, separation, child custody, child support; and Elder Law.
He also represents bankruptcy litigations and adversary proceedings in Bankruptcy Court.
My offices are conveniently located in the Metro area. My main office is at 2265 Roswell Road in Marietta (Cobb County), with additional locations in Cumming and Newnan, Georgia.
The Cumming location is a half mile from the courthouse; the Newnan location is four blocks from the Bankruptcy Court, the Federal Courts, and the Coweta County Courthouse.
